Privacy policy
RadSite is a business of Botland Studio (ABN 95 414 608 428). This policy explains how we handle your personal information. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as a guide to good practice.
What we collect
- When you send an enquiry: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), business name, what your business does, your current website and domain details, and anything you write in your message.
- When you become a client: the information and files you send us to build your site, and billing details needed to invoice you. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we don't see or store your card number.
- When you visit our site: basic, anonymous usage information such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and roughly where visits come from. We use this to understand how the site is used.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, quote and build your website, send invoices, provide hosting and support, and improve our site. We won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
How we store and protect it
Enquiries sent through our website form pass an automated spam check, are emailed to us through an email delivery service and a backup copy is kept in secure storage with our website host. Your information is kept in our email and business systems, which are protected by passwords and access controls. We keep it only as long as we need it for these purposes or as the law requires, then delete it.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website hosting, email, payment and analytics providers, and only as needed for them to do that work. Some of these providers may store information outside Australia. We'll also disclose information if the law requires it.
Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email hey@radsite.co and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, email hey@radsite.co and we'll look into it and reply. If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
